Shipping

Orders placed through my shop updates are packaged and shipped within 7 working days following the purchase. You will be notified via email once your order has been fulfilled and posted.

UK postage will be processed via a certified courier or Royal Mail. Shipping costs £5.00 on any order irrespective of the size of your parcel. Orders may require a signature upon delivery.

Delivery is currently restricted to UK addresses only (shipping services may expand in the future).

Returns

Returns are only accepted if the wrong items have been shipped. If this does occur, please get in touch via email at ceramics.carrick@gmail.com providing the order number and images of goods. If for any reason something goes missing, please get in touch with myself and the postage company. This happens rarely and I’ll always try my best to solve the situation but occasionally things can go wrong, in which case please get in touch and we can arrange a refund or for another order to be sent out.

Please understand that shipping costs are non refundable in any case.

Care Recommendations

Carrick ceramics are high fired to 1240 degrees, meaning that they are fine to put in the dishwasher, however to keep the glaze looking its best over time, washing by hand is advised. In the case of my raw unglazed work - these are hand wash only and where possible refrain from using any strongly staining foods/liquids in them. As the pieces are made in batches, please expect variations in terms of size, shape and glaze colour.
